• That the Scripture is the very Word of God written. It has been given by inspiration of God. Therefore, it is inerrant. It is the all-sufficient rule of faith and practice.
• That the central message of God’s Word is that all men and women have fallen into sin through Adam who willingly sinned against God and that the only way for us to have a personal relationship with God is through faith in Jesus Christ - His Blood and His Righteousness.
• That the only hope of the church is the grace of God alone received through faith in Jesus Christ, who was born of the virgin Mary, crucified for the sins of His people, physically rose from the dead, and is the only begotten Son of God. He will personally and visibly return to judge the world and gather His people into the everlasting Kingdom of God.
• That there is but one living and true God. There are three distinct but not separate persons in this Godhead. God the Father is God. God the Son is God. God the Holy Spirit is God. They are equal and possess in common all the divine perfections. They are One God.
• That an excellent summary of what the Bible teaches is found in the Westminster Confession of Faith, the Larger Catechism and Shorter Catechism.
• That the only Head of the church is the Lord Jesus Christ, and that the only standard of the church is His Word.
